Job Profile

Having knowledge in customer support/management and banking domain would be an added advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
  • Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to development team at Bangalore.

Terms:

Employee to submit 10th and 12th originals for 12 months.
